Cancellation Policy

For general cancellations, not related to weather, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows you to:

• Cancel for a full refund

• Reschedule

• Turn your cruise into an E-Gift card for future use.

** If you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, we will put your credit toward an E-Gift card for future use.

Cancellation Due To Weather

Running a business in Washington has made us no stranger to weather cancellations. We have a similar policy as above in the event of steady rain, high winds or snow.

The difference here is that with weather cancellations you can cancel the actual day of your reservation free of charge. We will be in contact a couple hours in advance to update you on the conditions and whether we feel it is safe to continue with the gondola ride.

The above 3 cancellation options will then be offered to you.
