The weather outside was fr…..antastic!

I fully believed this night was going to mark the 6th consecutive year I couldn’t row the boat parade. The bad weather had simply become a staple for me on the night of this event. Then I started to notice the week of rain tapering off just enough to allow for a possible beautiful evening before it would returned again.
